R3D347HR4Y	d86f5f6c17	Initialize Ulti Backend project with Docker setup, environment configuration, and core services. Added .dockerignore, .env.example, Dockerfile, and docker-compose files for PostgreSQL, KeyDB, RustFS, Authentik, Nextcloud, Jitsi, and Immich.
